1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between you ("User", "you", "your") and v44bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the v44bet website at v44bet.app and all associated services, including but not limited to online cricket betting, casino games, slots, poker, and fisher game products (collectively, the "Services").

3 Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of v44bet Services, you must register a user account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one v44bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on v44bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). v44bet supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your v44bet account balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. v44bet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are as displayed in the v44bet Cashier at the time of transaction. These thresholds are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. v44bet reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• v44bet reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that is subject to a fraud investigation, money laundering review, or security inquiry.

• v44bet does not charge deposit fees, however payment service providers may apply their own charges for which v44bet accepts no liability.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on v44bet, including cricket betting, casino games, slot spins, poker hands, and fisher game rounds, are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. v44bet does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• v44bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where a system error, pricing error, or data feed failure has occurred.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by v44bet's systems and certified third-party game providers. All live casino and slot games use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any v44bet content without express written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v44bet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, emotional distress, or consequential damages.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user after deduction of any applicable charges or pending investigations, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Bonus balances and non-withdrawable credits will be forfeited upon termination.

12 Amendments to These Terms
